Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness, preparedness, and respect for scheduled time, the following booking policy applies to all services with JB Consulting ATX: Appointments & Deposits • All sessions require a deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment • Deposits are nonrefundable and apply only to the scheduled session • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice • Reschedules requested with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit • Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows No-Shows • Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows • No-shows forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for refunds or credits • A new deposit is required to book a future session Late Arrivals • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the session being canceled and treated as a no-show Courtesy Exceptions • Courtesy discounts or rebooking offers may be extended at JB Consulting ATX’s discretion • Courtesy offers are one-time only and do not override this policy By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
