All services are provided on a project, package, retainer, or hourly basis as agreed upon in writing prior to the start of work.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform services

• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials within agreed timelines

• Ensure they have the legal rights to any content, images, trademarks, or materials they provide

Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of response may impact timelines and deliverables.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payment terms are outlined in individual proposals, contracts, or invoices

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• Late payments may result in paused services or delayed deliverables

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
 
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose

• JB Consulting ATX retains the right to display work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials

• Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of JB Consulting ATX

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of JB Consulting ATX work.
 
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose sensitive business, financial, or strategic information shared during the engagement, unless required by law.
 
7. Revisions and Scope
Services are limited to the scope defined in the agreed proposal or contract. Requests outside of scope may require additional fees or a revised agreement. Revision limits, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly outlined prior to project start.
 
8. No Guarantees
JB Consulting ATX does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to revenue increases, follower growth, engagement metrics, or search rankings. Outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions and client implementation.
 
9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
We may recommend or assist with third-party platforms such as social media networks, website builders, email tools, or analytics software. JB Consulting ATX is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, or performance of third-party services.
 
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the written agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
 
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JB Consulting ATX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
 
12. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless JB Consulting ATX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from materials provided by the client or misuse of delivered work.
 
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 
14. Changes to Terms
JB Consulting ATX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
